Hestia Luxury Apartments is a group of luxury homes located in the heart of Athens, Greece. Its designer, the J.D. Papathanassiou, installed the Blumotix home automation system in all the housing units with the Doory access control system for building automation and control of lights, water and heating.

Anahid is a residential complex in Elahiye (Tehran, Iran) made up of 24 luxury residential units, for a total of 700 square meters, designed by the well-known Iranian architect Hossein Mahmoudi.

In the Villa Clarke project, a luxurious residence nestled in the Andalusian hinterland, the client requested a single remote viewing with alert notifications. In addition to the normal on/off and dimmed lighting control, RGB-W control, shutter and blind control, home climate control (with air conditioning machines and electric floor in the bathrooms and for the water in the rest of the house) and the temperature of the pool.
In the project, importance was given to consumption control, above all simultaneously, by switching off the loads and displaying instantaneous status and consumption. In terms of safety, the system is equipped with an alarm in the event of smoke or flooding and access control. One of the applications that the customer most appreciated was the ability to remotely program the small necessary changes.
This project was the winner in 2019 of the “Award for the best home automation installations” organized by KNX Spain and Domotys within the second edition of the “Smart Technology Forum”
Installation of high-tech devices at the Galleria Vik Milano Hotel, a five-star hotel located in the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele with 89 luxury suites.
The devices have been fully integrated into the rooms of the 89 suites, decorated by 40 artists from all over the world. The installed system includes access control interfaced with the Doory management system.
La Pera, located five minutes walk from Puerto Banús, is a luxurious villa overlooking the sea and the most famous mountain in Marbella, “La Concha”. The residence has a cinema room, gym, sauna, Turkish bath, special garage to showcase the collection of luxury and vintage cars, heated indoor pool, outdoor pool with waterfall and counter-current swimming pool.
The very technological owner asked Blumotix to integrate the spaces as much as possible, thinking of maximum energy savings, to have everything in a single view and to take advantage of the IoT gateways for voice control and actions with IFTTT.
This project was the 2018 winner of the “Best KNX Project in Spain” award given at the third edition of the “Energy Efficiency Installation Awards”, an award organized by KNX Spain, FENIE and MATELEC.
ITCC is one of the largest residential complexes in the world. Located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, it consists of 2700 luxury housing units between villas and apartments.
The ownership of the complex has entrusted Blumotix with the installation of capacitive touch panels with IPS screen, KNX interface and IP video intercom connection for all 2700 luxury homes.
The company NS Demetriou LTD took care of the home automation system in 20 residential buildings for tourist use on the island of Cyprus.
For this project, Blumotix was responsible for supplying all the components for installing the system.
