La Pera, located five minutes walk from Puerto Banús, is a luxurious villa overlooking the sea and the most famous mountain in Marbella, “La Concha”. The residence has a cinema room, gym, sauna, Turkish bath, special garage to showcase the collection of luxury and vintage cars, heated indoor pool, outdoor pool with waterfall and counter-current swimming pool.
The very technological owner asked Blumotix to integrate the spaces as much as possible, thinking of maximum energy savings, to have everything in a single view and to take advantage of the IoT gateways for voice control and actions with IFTTT.
This project was the 2018 winner of the “Best KNX Project in Spain” award given at the third edition of the “Energy Efficiency Installation Awards”, an award organized by KNX Spain, FENIE and MATELEC.
